Description

• Ensure products meet highest standards through rigorous testing. • Conduct manual and automated testing for flawless performance. • Organize and document test plans, ensuring timelines are met. • Identify errors and track issue resolution using JIRA. • Work closely with QA Manager and team on alignment. • Participate in refining testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Subject matter expert, superuser, or administrator experience with cloud software products, ideally in the financial/operational space • Strong analytical skills • Detail-oriented • Strong English language written communication skills and collaboration abilities • Essential – proven experience working in a remote environment • Experience with issue tracking in JIRA (Ideal) • Experience with Qase (Ideal) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Ideal) • Experience with performance testing of cloud applications (Ideal) • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Ideal) • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) (Ideal)
