• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos • Guide team members in agile principles • Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog • Analyze team velocity, identify trends, and optimize performance • Build a positive, collaborative team culture, resolve conflicts

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred • Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteApps and their development processes is a plus • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
