Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing engineering and software development teams. • Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a SaaS or Fintech environment. • Experience in building and scaling engineering teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management. • Strong experience in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems. • Strong technical background with expertise in software development and engineering management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment and manage multiple priorities. • Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in English. • Global mindset and cultural awareness. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
