• Crucial role as one of the backend engineers in an expanding Product Engineering team • Manage and enhance a sophisticated system comprising over 100 microservices • Empower engineers to contribute to code and strategic decisions • Shape end-to-end solutions and influence architecture decisions
Requirements
• Excellent coding skills and passion for growing the expertise • 5+ years of experience with JVM languages • Willingness to develop yourself further within Scala and Java tech stack • Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Strong communication to explain complex technical issues • Excellent system design skills • Experience with Distributed systems • Product acumen, ownership, and focus on value delivered for the customers • Working proficiency in English and Polish (both spoken and written)
