Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for one or more of our Zowie Products. Your job will combine: • Own the definition, refinement, and delivery of key performance indicators • Be the expert on KPIs within your product area • Discovering opportunities and running continuous research • Prioritization of opportunities on the roadmap and ensuring proper stakeholder alignment • Collecting and managing product insights • Defining product solutions and collaborating with Design and Engineering functions • Leading the documentation process for your products • Being the product advocate for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS space • Technical background • The ability to identify customers’ needs and struggles • The ability to prioritize projects and customer issues • Experience collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers • A willingness to work with multiple customer-facing teams • Experience in leading customer interviews • Experience in analyzing the success of released features • It will be awesome if you have:
