The ideal candidate will be someone who is curious and has excellent analytical skills, adroit at cleaning and manipulating data to build reports and dashboards or build predictive models. Additionally the candidate should have the ability to extract the “story” from the data analysis and present succinctly to cross functional teams and executives. If you love solving complex problems by collaborating with cross functional teams this position would be a perfect fit for you!
• Minimum of 3-5 yrs experience in the following: • SQL • Python • BI tools (Tableau) • Analytics tools (Google Analytics & Mixpanel) • Snowflake • DBT • Deep understanding of relational databases and data warehousing • Working knowledge of Airflow, Nomad and other deployment tools • Git PR workflows • Lean heavier on Data science skills - preferable to have mix of SQL/Data science rather than just SQL • Knowing R programming is a bonus • Working knowledge of various machine learning techniques and 1-2 years experience in building and deploying ML/AI solutions • Startup & PropTech/Real Estate industry experienced preferred but not required
