Description

• Zuub is a SaaS company and leading innovator in dental Revenue Cycle Automation. • Our team helps thousands of providers at both private practices and large dental support organizations to streamline operations through our AI-powered automation solutions. • Zuub's technology eliminates time-consuming and error-prone processes to improve the patient experience and increase revenue for dental practices. • As our first Accounting Manager, you will spearhead all financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. • You are an analytical, self-starter who will collaborate closely with leadership to build the foundation for our finance function, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making and organizational planning. • You are a creative problem solver, who will build reporting on our Key Performance Indicators and surface actionable insights from our financial data. • This is a role for someone who has 4+ years of experience and wants to take significant ownership of Zuub’s financial activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA certification is nice to have. • 4+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, ideally in a startup environment or small company. • Deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations, with experience in financial reporting and analysis. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Expert in leveraging raw data to create KPI dashboards and financial reports. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach. You are a self starter with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
