Requirements

•Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, tools, best practices •Experience in implementing these practices globally •Passionate about optimization with a proven record of developing high-performing functions •Analytical mindset using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g., Looker) for data-driven decision-making •Detail-oriented approach towards understanding the sales process •Proactive problem-solver •Business-minded individual who has worked with global sales teams •Familiarity with cross-border retail landscapes
