📋 Description

• Acquire new merchant relationships and cross-sell to existing clients. • Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize merchant profitability. • Manage leads and prospects using the Salesforce CRM system. • Develop sector-specific presentations and proposals for internal and external audiences. • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Conduct outreach activities through cold calling and scheduled meetings. • Provide ongoing pre- and post-sales support. • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape. • Work with internal teams to finalize merchant agreements. • Actively participate in industry events and seminars to network and grow the portfolio. • Establish and cultivate strategic alliances with leading industry companies for partnerships and technological advancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in payments and healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, or a related field. • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (bilingual English/French preferred). • Proven experience in field sales and client relationship management. • Experience managing commercial accounts and small to medium-sized businesses. • Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
