• As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you that response times and the hiring process may be slightly extended due to business team schedules. • Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Human Care team to help us bring the best software experience to our Oura members and partners. • This role will demand close collaboration with product managers, scientists, and software developers to ensure the software is developed and tested to meet defined requirements. • We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC • Demonstrated ability to assess and provide technical and organizational guidance for mobile and embedded software. • Ability to grasp and bind holistic architecture across different contexts (App, cloud, IT, algorithms, Firmware) • Demonstrated strong skills to organize, prioritize, communicate and execute • Detail orientation with strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with an index on US East Coast operating hours
