Description

• Support digital asset management, production, and post-production teams • Contribute to new AI-based workflows • Meet with stakeholders to innovate and contribute to ideas • Resolve security risks, update systems, and support cloud deployment • Stay informed about industry advancements and trends • Present proposed improvements to stakeholders with implementation plans • Recommend solutions in real-time • Anticipate and proactively resolve roadblocks • Maintain organized records of known issues and solutions

Requirements

• Experience in software development or technical support • Experience scripting in modern program languages • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems • Familiarity with support in AWS Console • Experience with supporting DAM/ MAMs and remote edit workflows in the cloud using tools like Lucid Link, EC2 • Knowledge of video codecs, wrappers, formats, and color spaces • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects • Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development • Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON • Preferred Qualifications include understanding of internet protocols and cloud architecture nomenclature • Experience creating and updating IAM in AWS console • Experience creating and deploying new AMIs in AWS console • Some transcoding experience with MediaConvert is nice to have but not required • Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
