• 1047 Games began with the simple principle that people should have fun while making great games. • At 1047 Games, you’ll find a permanently remote, dedicated team of top-tier talent from some of the world’s biggest gaming and tech companies who share our founders’ vision. • We are currently working on a brand new shooter in the Splitgate universe. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with player needs and company goals. • Work alongside UX and design teams to create compelling gameplay features that enhance user experience and engagement. • Oversee live events, updates, and content releases, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing player retention and satisfaction. • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on player behavior, identify trends, and inform product enhancements and feature prioritization. • Foster strong relationships with engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and player engagement. • Actively seek and analyze player feedback through various channels to drive continuous improvement in gameplay and features.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management within the gaming industry. • Strong knowledge of FPS game mechanics and live operations best practices. • Proven experience collaborating with UX and design teams to deliver high-quality features. • Proficiency with analytics tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive direction across teams. • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities.
