📋 Description
• We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Project Manager to keep our marketing team aligned, organized, and operating efficiently. • You will manage workflows, maintain the content calendar, track team bandwidth, and ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule. • This role also offers the opportunity to develop marketing campaigns and GTM strategies for select projects, starting with lower-priority initiatives and expanding over time.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles (startup or web3 experience is a plus). • Proven track record of helping teams scale from early-stage to growth/maturity. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and keep teams aligned. • High EQ, excellent communication, and a willingness to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve. • Familiarity with marketing workflows and tools (e.g., Clickup, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
