📋 Description
• Oversee engineering efforts for customer deployments and onboarding • Responsible for training new employees and refining process documentation • Lead an international team to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service • Ensure that customer deployments are handled on-time, in-budget, and meet total customer satisfaction • Act as liaison to other teams interacting with Service Delivery • Review and follow company policies regarding data privacy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required • 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading people and teams as well as measuring performance • Prior hands-on technical skills with products such as VMware, Veeam, Zerto, Cohesity, network configuration/administration/architecture, Fortigate, Cisco, and large-scale storage systems • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
