📋 Description

• Design, develop, and customize POS systems to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications • Maintain and enhance the performance of POS systems, focusing on reliability, security, and scalability • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS system functionality, working closely with support teams to ensure timely resolutions • Provide technical leadership in POS development, mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in POS technology and retail industry trends, implementing improvements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on development experience in the Finance and Operations platform (Dynamics Retail and/or Dynamics 365 Commerce), with the last 3 years focused on development and customization in Dynamics 365 Commerce POS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline • In-depth knowledge of D365 Retail POS, Retail Server, CRT, CPOS, and MPOS configuration, development, and architecture • Proficiency in designing and developing MPOS/CPOS application extensions, with strong C# programming skills • Expertise in using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), WCF Data Services, and ASP.NET Web API • Experience with TypeScript, Knockout Binding, and working on third-party API integrations with CPOS/MPOS • Familiarity with structured software implementation methodologies and web technologies such as ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, ReactJS) • Ability to work with REST APIs, including making GET, PUT, and POST calls • Experience with Azure development, Azure Kubernetes Services, and database design, including writing SQL scripts, stored procedures, and creating SQL Jobs • Experience with MS SQL services like SSIS and SSRS, and working in fast-paced environments • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Functional understanding of Commerce modules and their integrations with other Finance and Operation Modules • Hands-on programming in JavaScript or Angular JS • Possess Dynamics 365 Commerce Certifications
