📋 Description
• SeekWell is the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and Hello Eyes. • As a channel manager for YouTube advertising, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of our YouTube campaigns. • Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our YouTube presence, building brand equity, and driving key business metrics like traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns with a proven track record of driving results. • Strong analytical skills with a history of optimizing campaigns for measurable business outcomes. • Strong knowledge of YouTube-specific ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques. • Expertise in audience segmentation, including custom intent and lookalike audiences. • Demonstrated ability to craft video-first strategies that balance brand-building and performance outcomes. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, analytics, and external partners. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
