• This is a work from home opportunity, and we are seeking remote Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiter in Colombia. • The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles within our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for direct hire positions, particularly in the Northeast region of the US, and be adept at sourcing and placing candidates in specialized industries such as defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for direct hire roles, preferably in the Northeast US region. • Strong understanding of industries including defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and placing candidates for roles in engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, and professional services. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, with a solid understanding of best practices in candidate sourcing and placement. Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 • Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent) • Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
