• 1840 & Company is a global management, technology services and outsourcing services company to private companies. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Specialist / Account Receivable Specialist to join our team. • Location: Philippines - WFH • Type: Freelance - Full time • Salary: $6 per hour (US Dollars) • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7AM-4PM Central Time
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist / Account Receivable Specialist in the construction industry • Proven experience with Commercial AIA billing experience • Must have outstanding MS Office skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc..) • Knowledge of Computer Ease accounting software • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (C1 English Level) • Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
