Requirements
• A minimum of 02 to 03 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment. • Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, is essential. • Demonstrated expertise in scaling up and efficiently managing high volume demands. • Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple tasks within a dynamic environment. • Strong interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, and adeptness in conflict resolution. • Consistent demonstration of integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
