Description
• We are seeking remote Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator. • This is a fully remote role working, as a key member of our small, close-knit 6-person recruiting team. • You’ll report directly to the Director of Recruiting. • Play a critical role in implementing sourcing strategies, identifying top candidates, and supporting our recruiting efforts. • Work Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time. • Pay Rate: $3 - $4 (Per Hour).
Requirements
• Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field is preferred. • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal ATS, etc.) • Knowledge of email campaign tools and CRM/ATS platforms is a plus. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
