β’ As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. β’ You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence. β’ This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the ins and outs of the Google Ads ecosystem, and has a deep knowledge of direct response YouTube advertising. β’ Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
β’ 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads. β’ Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month. β’ Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc). β’ Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods. β’ Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions. β’ Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights. β’ Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives. β’ Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills. β’ Bonus Points If You Have β’ Experience managing YouTube ads for coaches, course creators, or SaaS. β’ Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools. β’ Worked with a fast-growing agency before. β’ Understanding of cold traffic funnels and video sales letters (VSLs).
