📋 Description
• As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. • You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the ins and outs of the Google Ads ecosystem, and has a deep knowledge of direct response YouTube advertising. • Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads. • Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month. • Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc). • Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods. • Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions. • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights. • Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives. • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Bonus Points If You Have • Experience managing YouTube ads for coaches, course creators, or SaaS. • Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools. • Worked with a fast-growing agency before. • Understanding of cold traffic funnels and video sales letters (VSLs).
