📋 Description

• As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. • You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the ins and outs of the Google Ads ecosystem, and has a deep knowledge of direct response YouTube advertising.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads • Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month • Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc.) • Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods • Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights • Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills • Must have extensive YouTube media buying experience and preferably working within a marketing agency. • Good English communication skills.
