📋 Description

• Partner with Senior Management, Managers, Employees, and the global HR Team to implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement • Build and maintain trustful relationships with employees and managers to provide ongoing support and daily HR guidance • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adapting to market and industry changes to drive and support organizational change management • Cooperate effectively with the local works council • Understand the entire talent ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle, applying HR programs to support these stages • Proactively initiate change processes and support their operational implementation

🎯 Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in organizational development, human resources or business management • Minimum four years of relevant practical experience in a fast & dynamitic international HR environment • Demonstrate a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team or Individually • Solid practical experience and knowledge of German Labor Law • Excellent knowledge of German and English (verbal and written) is required • Depending on your office location, willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for in-person meetings with your team and stakeholders • Problem solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities • Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
