• Provide empathetic leadership to the growing team of international tech partners (and students) • Coordinate with end-user groups to determine best actions for support • Provide remote support employees in other countries and regions • Coordinate and communicate change management (project rollout) • Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs • Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities • Liaise with local staff and stakeholders, to ensure the overriding core focus on IT (specifically with tooling) is extended globally • Ensure devised SLA’s are maintained • Automate! Automate! Automate!

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology industry experience • Minimum of 4 years in a management role • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology • Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus • Personally driven by making a greener, cleaner energy sector • Expertise in designing a highly optimised service desk system • Expertise in designing realistic SLA’s • Experience with transformation/change management • Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks • English fluency. Other languages are a plus!
