• Verantwortung für mehrere Produktgruppen im „Photovoltaik“-Bereich, einschließlich PV-Modul, Unterkonstruktion und Leistungselektronik • Übersetzung globaler Markt- und Partneranforderungen in eine erfolgreiche globale Produktstrategie • Verantwortung für PLC des jeweiligen Produkts, erfolgreiche Produkteinführung in den Ländergesellschaften • Entwicklung und Durchführung von vertrieblichen & technischen Schulungen • Testing von Product Bundles im Labor • Bündelung und Lösung von Problemen sowie Einsteuerung neuer Produktideen und -optimierungen • Pflege der Beziehungen zu Kooperationspartnern
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen / Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches mit idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik • Mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produkt- oder Projektmanager mit Branchenerfahrung in Cleantech, insbesondere im PV-Markt • Interesse & Knowledge in Digital oder Hardware, kommerziell oder technisch • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in einem wachsenden Unternehmen zurechtzufinden • Professionelle Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten • Fließend Englisch • Proaktiv, eigenständig & Teamplayer
