We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven partner marketing leader to drive recruitment, enablement, and growth across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel and other strategic channel partners. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in partner marketing and channel development to design and execute impactful programs that attract, onboard, and empower partners to deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Channel Marketing, you will work closely with 1Password’s partner sales, global marketing, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to create campaigns that drive partner success and revenue growth. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of B2B MSP and VAR partner marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry. Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of managing budgets and multiple priorities. A self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proven success in managing strategic partnerships and implementing successful marketing programs. Deep understanding of partner demand generation, partner field marketing, and partner event management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Proficient in leveraging analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI. Expertise in developing co-marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
