• 8 - 10 years of program/project management experience • Proven track record of building and scaling teams • Demonstrated experience forming strong relationships • Experience working with Sr. Leaders for decision-making • Solution-oriented, loves taking on challenges • Exceptional communication skills • Experience building project timelines • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience managing programs throughout the lifecycle • Experience building workflows to help teams
