Description

• Manage daily product operations to ensure accountability and high performance of developing programs and the launch of new strategic initiatives. • Manage the ongoing Innovation process at ServiceChannel, focusing on identifying and executing high-value product growth opportunities. • Build, scale, and sustain programs that propel strategic priorities from concept to execution. • Drive operational excellence through streamlined processes, increased efficiency, and best practices. • Cultivate strong relationships with executives, peers, and stakeholders, ensuring open and effective communication. • Exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive and cross-functional issues. • Approach complex business challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a focus on data-driven results and tangible outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management. • Experience leading programs and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent organization skills and a track record of dependable follow-through. • Demonstrated record of problem-solving, influencing, and analytical skills. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written professional skills; ability to compile and present data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences, including executives. • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment.
