• Responsible for spearheading field L&D initiatives. • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategy aligning with organization’s goals. • Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs and deliver innovative learning solutions. • Analyze program effectiveness and adapt strategies to support dynamic and growing team. • Focused on training of Environmental Field Technicians and Hydraulic Data Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or similar fields required. • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development required. • Experience with a focus on operational training in the environmental service industry preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills necessary to train and engage employees at all levels and departments. • Strong knowledge of effective learning principles and instructional design. • Demonstrated experience in training program creation and implementation. • Demonstrated experience in analyzing data for the purpose of measuring effectiveness of training programs. • Experience training cross-functionally for departments including but not limited to operations, safety, and sales. • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload, and respond to changing business demands. • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
