Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human capital management firm with federal contracting (GovCon) operations. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors. • Strong financial acumen, including managing receivables, tracking profitability, and bookkeeping coordination. • Proficiency in Asana (project management) and Harvest (time tracking and expense management). • Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance for contracts and IT service delivery. • Experience in talent management and IT service delivery for federal and private sector organizations. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or operations management. • Familiarity with workforce optimization and organizational restructuring. • Leadership skills to mentor staff and subcontractor teams. • Analytical skills for operational and financial performance evaluation. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
