• A Health Concierge provides targeted, personalized service for health plan members. • They handle inquiries via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence. • Engages, consults, and educates members based on unique needs and preferences. • Utilizes resources to assist customers with understanding Aetna’s products. • Anticipates customer needs and resolves issues with limited management intervention. • Educates members to support health management and provides customized interaction based on preferences.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred. • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
