• Accountable for answering incoming phone calls and processing account documents • Provide services as part of a brokerage operations functional team • Maintain thorough understanding of brokerage operations products and services • Analyze, approve and provide high quality service for strong satisfaction • Achieve or exceed department quality standards
Requirements
• High School diploma/GED required; College degree preferred • 1-2 years customer service experience, financial industry experience preferred • Strong written and communication skills • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools
