Requirements

• 1 year of medical terminology. • 1 year of grammar-focused writing experience. • Effective written and spoken communication, telephonic, and organizational skills. • Understanding of the health care business. • Strong analytical skills, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail. • Self-disciplined and motivated. • Experience in business or technical writing preferred. • Strong customer service skills.
