📋 Description

• Travel to visit franchise locations within assigned territories • Understand and define franchisees' needs • Help franchisees and staff create and achieve goals • Develop sales strategies and coach Sales Managers • Provide guidance on marketing campaigns • Train franchisees on sales and operations • Examine P&L statements • Instruct franchisees in areas for improvement • Compile Key Performance Indicators for Vast locations • Assist in increasing brand image and profitability • Participate in regional meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent education from College or Technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-4 years Coworking/Flexible Office Space experience, a must • Sales and business operations experience • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick-up new technologies • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Proficient computer skills including MS Office products • Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% • Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software, a plus
