• brightwheel is seeking an Analyst to join the Data Operations team. • Support company-wide acquisition effort by driving mission-critical projects. • Partner with various teams to ensure lead and prospect data is optimal. • Requires attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience in a complex or high-growth environment required • Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers • Google Sheets/Excel skills such as pivot tables and lookups • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Sigma • Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce a plus • Comfortable in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action • Structured written and verbal communication skills
