Description

β€’ We are seeking a growth-oriented revenue marketing leader to develop and drive our enterprise segment marketing strategy and programs. β€’ You will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve growth objectives and engage target enterprise accounts throughout their buyer journey. β€’ You are a seasoned marketing leader with a strong understanding of levers to raise awareness, engage and educate high value target persona in senior security and IT decision-maker roles. β€’ You will apply your campaign design experience to commission the content your team needs and develop the optimal mix of digital, ABM, email, event programs to get your job done. β€’ Your ultimate measure of success will be lead and pipeline generation in ICP enterprise accounts. β€’ This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise-specific marketing in the technology, cybersecurity or SaaS industry. β€’ Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, particularly within IT, Security, or similar domains. Experience with ABM and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and nuances. β€’ Proven track record of owning, designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth within enterprise markets. β€’ Experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across departments. β€’ Advanced ability to analyze data to measure success and refine strategies for improved results. β€’ Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a range of audiences. β€’ A proactive, innovative approach to marketing, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to evolving market trends.
