Description

• Implementation team onboarding new customers across departments • Manage all phases of implementation lifecycle • Define platform architecture based on client needs • Drive project management and facilitate integrations • Ensure successful deployment of the learning platform

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related • Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting • Solution-oriented and client-first mindset • Ability to adapt to your audience • Organized, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Enthusiasm for company culture
