Description

• Working with Firm’s multiple clients, optimizing their finance to provide financial reports. • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure timeliness of month-end and year-end process. • Use QuickBooks Online technology to provide/follow clientele accounting solutions, business processes and workflows. • Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, proper codes, classifies, records, and summarized numerical and financial data. • Reconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records. • Receives, reconcile and records incoming payroll documentation, processes and employment verification, process payroll for clients and assists with preparing monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks for distribution. • Understands or experience in filing Sales tax and 1099 NEC filing. • Ensures compliance with internal policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. • Respond to inquiries and requests, serves as internal resource to clients and compose business correspondence. • Report and communicate with clientele(s) and perform regular financial reporting upon request. • Month-end financials process; organize and update financial records, oversees reconciliation and production of regularly scheduled summary reports. • Provides financial data with explanations and interpretation as requested by Firm’s clients. • Adhere to company’s internal policies and procedures to maintain controls.

Requirements

• Must speak proficient English • Must have proven skills and 4 plus years of experience in QBO. • Minimum 5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. • Highly organized and focused, self-starter, and add value to client(s). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must possess strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, ADP RUN, Microsoft Excel, Word, Tech-savvy and 60+ WPM
