Description

• As a key member of our global Accounting team, reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, you will: • Lead Month-End Close: Support the accounting team through the month-end close process, including related flux analyses, ensuring all deadlines are met in our high-growth environment. • Payroll Management: Prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries for both domestic and international entities with precision and accuracy. • Financial Integrity: Research and analyze general ledger transactions to ensure the highest level of accuracy. • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, maintaining rigorous controls across our global operations. • Audit Support: Play a crucial role in supporting various financial statement audits, as well as domestic and international tax audits and statutory accounting requirements. • Expense Reporting: Assist with Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of expenses. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance & Accounting colleagues and other teams across the company to meet reporting needs and contribute to ad hoc projects in our dynamic environment. • Prioritize in a Fast-Paced Setting: Effectively manage your workload to prioritize tasks in our fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting. • Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours to achieve team goals in a rapidly growing company. • Technical Skills: Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with a solid understanding of GAAP accounting practices. • Collaboration and Partnership: Ability to effectively partner and build strong connections with cross-functional teams. • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, with expert-level Excel skills. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • CPA License is a plus. • Big 4 Public Accounting Experience is highly desired. • Experience in the software and/or subscription business is a bonus.
