• Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. • Shape and execute the sustainability strategy while driving growth. • Act as a liaison between EMD and corporate sustainability initiatives. • Manage and prioritize sustainability projects, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. • A Master's degree is preferred. • Basic experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the electrical markets or a related industry. • Strong understanding of sustainability practices, standards, and regulations. • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in conducting LCAs and developing EPDs is a plus.
