• Driving sales growth and customer retention in a dynamic territory. • Developing and adjusting sales strategies for complex product lines. • Working cross functionally with other business disciplines. • Supporting and engaging channel and key accounts with sales calls. • Conducting presentations/product demos at distributor partner locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution. • Two (2) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment. • Current, valid Driver’s License. • Previous sales experience with end users in industrial distribution. • Industrial field sales experience including selling abrasives. • Key account management experience with multi-location customers. • Experience managing a complex channel landscape within accounts over $1M. • Presentation skills and experience with CRM (Salesforce.com). • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
