Description

• Responsible for creating a best in class supply chain across the Americas for the Converting & Pack Out Services category. • Lead, coach and develop the Americas Converting & Pack Out Services Category Team. • Minimizing the total product and process cost by initiating cost reduction efforts. • Identifying, leading & implementing solutions for complex situations. • Determining & leading opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution. • Ten (10) years of combined experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience in Procurement, especially with contract manufacturers supporting Converting, Assembly, Kitting and Pack Out services. • Strong negotiation and contracting skills • Initiative, self-starter with a positive & pro-active approach • Project management experience • Experience successfully collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects. • Skilled in written and oral communications • Financial acumen and comfort with conducting business analytics
