• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World. • Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sustainability strategy. • Act as a liaison between EMD and corporate sustainability initiatives. • Manage and prioritize sustainability projects. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • Communicate 3M & EMD sustainability strategies and priorities to customers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. • A Master's degree is preferred. • Basic experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the electrical markets or a related industry. • Strong understanding of sustainability practices, standards, and regulations. • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in conducting LCAs and developing EPDs is a plus.
