• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Lead sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios into the collision repair segment • Implement sales programs, plans, and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor • Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive • Support headquarter, regional and zone campaigns, initiatives, and priorities • Create business plans for end users and provide solutions to everyday problems • Track and measure all sales activity in 3M’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool • This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with two (2) years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma from an accredited institution with five (5) or more years of Collision Industry/Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Current and valid driver’s license • Additional qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in financial acumen • Technical expertise and automotive repair industry knowledge • Relationship builder with a competitive nature • Well organized, self-starter • Great time and territory management skills • Experience working with digital solutions (inventory management, calibration, insurance, etc.) • Experience as a manufacturing sales professional or distribution sales (warehouse or jobber) • Experience effectively demonstrating products to a variety of key stakeholders or influencers • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
