Description

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role β€’ Proven experience developing B2B content, preferably within professional services, financial services, or regulated industries. β€’ Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they align with sales processes to drive revenue. β€’ Experience managing and optimizing content management systems and sales enablement platforms. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable content for the sales team. β€’ Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and optimize enablement efforts. β€’ Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Naturally curious and proactive, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo to continuously improve processes.
