β’ Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in the life sciences preferred. β’ 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical, and/or other related healthcare sales. β’ 5 years of healthcare sales for Specialist level with 2 years in complex selling environments. β’ 8 years of healthcare sales for Executive level with 3 years in complex selling environments. β’ Ability to make strong contributions at a regional level. β’ Demonstrated advanced selling skills and ability to dialogue effectively with customers. β’ Strong understanding of payer dynamics and LTC profitability. β’ In-depth knowledge of LTC regulations affecting medication use and care parameters. β’ Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others. β’ Excellent persuasive selling and negotiation skills. β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β’ Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers. β’ Ability to anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs. β’ Exemplary level of professionalism and integrity.
