β€’ Responsible for managing and growing assigned sales territory. β€’ Utilize account selling strategies to achieve goals. β€’ Educate healthcare professionals on Acadia's products. β€’ Build relationships and deliver meaningful customer experiences. β€’ Provide guidance around pricing and reimbursement for promoted products.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in the life sciences preferred. β€’ 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical, and/or other related healthcare sales. β€’ 5 years of healthcare sales for Specialist level with 2 years in complex selling environments. β€’ 8 years of healthcare sales for Executive level with 3 years in complex selling environments. β€’ Ability to make strong contributions at a regional level. β€’ Demonstrated advanced selling skills and ability to dialogue effectively with customers. β€’ Strong understanding of payer dynamics and LTC profitability. β€’ In-depth knowledge of LTC regulations affecting medication use and care parameters. β€’ Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others. β€’ Excellent persuasive selling and negotiation skills. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers. β€’ Ability to anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs. β€’ Exemplary level of professionalism and integrity.
