β’ Prospect and develop new Medical/Aesthetic customers in North Texas. β’ Manage high-volume cold calls to medical practices and med spas. β’ Identify decision-makers and evaluate the buying process. β’ Determine prospects' business needs and goals to offer solutions. β’ Actively seek out new customers through prospecting, trade shows, and meetings. β’ Continuous study of Fotona products and medical aesthetics required. β’ Travel within territory and attend trade shows and other events.
β’ Minimum 2+ years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience in the Aesthetic industry preferred. β’ Aesthetic Industry, Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device sales experience preferred. β’ Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments. β’ Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. β’ Excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills. β’ A strong passion for prospecting. β’ Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research. β’ Experience using CRM tools, Salesforce preferred. β’ Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
