Description

• Develops dealer network to promote sales of Topcon products in assigned region. • Will be responsible for the development and execution of a sales plan to meet/exceed an assigned quota. • Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market. • Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products. • Develops and executes a sales plan. • Prospects for new dealers. • Works with dealers to demonstrate products, prepares proposals, attends trade shows, performs other duties as required. • 50% travel required.

Requirements

• BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and training or relevant work experience. • 2-5 years’ business to business sales experience. • A self-starter – much of this job will be independent work. • Personable – Building strong relationships with customers will be key to success. • Organized – This job is fast-moving; organization will be critical. • Sales-Focused – A solid sales background is required. • Strong communications skills. • Construction industry knowledge. • Presentation Skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
