Description

• Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world • Guide the development and architecture of 3M’s DevOps platform • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams • Build and maintain applications and their features • Develop and maintain solution and application architecture • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms • Identify and resolve technical problems • Create and maintain technical and design documentation, train and mentor other developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Seven (7) years of software development experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • AWS Solution Architect or Developer certification • Five (5) years of full-stack AWS Cloud Native application development, with Typescript and/or Python • IaC development in Typescript, CloudFormation, or Python • Information Security certification(s), formal training, or extensive experience • Experience designing and implementing cloud platforms - AWS Organizations, Service Catalog, and the technologies used to manage AWS • Master’s degree in computer science or related engineering field • Strong technical communicator with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset • Natural educator who enjoys mentoring others • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Deep core software development skills • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines • Ideally, some GitHub Actions development, GitHub API use • Substantial experience working with identity in AWS, Active Directory, Auth0, Cognito, OAuth/OIDC, Web Applications, and/or APIs.
