Description
• Responsible for initiating relations with Balkan clients • Account Management and promotional tasks • Flexible remote or hybrid format in Bucharest • Fluency in Romanian, English, and Russian is a plus • Taking ownership of customer relationships • Develop customer account plans • Ensure successful delivery of gaming solutions • Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting • Building long-lasting customer relationships • Participate in exhibitions and conferences • Manage non-Italian accounts until the market is big enough
Requirements
• Native or Business Fluency in English (Romanian and Russian huge advantage) • Experience in iGaming industry • 2+ years of proven Account Management experience • Experience in promotions and campaign management • Ability to communicate and present effectively • Develop client-focused solutions • Manage multiple customers with attention to details • Analytic, structured, disciplined, and initiative-taking • Develop customer account plans • Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
